Is that skirt steak? The tacos would be especially tasty then.
The recipe called for skirt steak but since Whole Foods didn’t have enough for my recipe, the butcher suggested sandwich steak instead. And it was very good. I may use the rest of the uncooked steak (he gave me twice as much as I needed for some reason) for making braciole on Sunday if I have time.
