Chicken Soup with Spinach
In the middle of the Christmas craziness this week, food has been simple and comforting. Chicken soup for dinner and chicken soup for lunch the following two days. Food that feeds the soul and the engine that runs the holiday machine around here. No recipes were harmed in the making of this soup, since no recipe was required.
