   Did she follow a recipe with decoration tips or did she create that on her own ?

   It was a process. First she found a recipe in one of my chocolate baking cookbooks for a yellow cake with a chocolate ganache frosting. She made the cake, but I didn’t have the heavy cream in the house for the frosting. So then she went on google and found a cooked frosting recipe that used ingredients I did have in the house. It was more of a glaze, but it still worked. Right before we were ready to eat it she was inspired to add the chips as decorations.

   My house is VERY boring this winter. Would Louisa like to be bored in my house??? That cake would definitely cheer me up.
