    I had a young Vermont brie recently which had a curious sharpness to it. It is something I would eat again. I also had an interesting apple maple wine which I probably would not have again. Age your cheese selection as well as you choose your wine.

    The brie sounds very interesting. Brie and sharp are oxymorons. Apple maple wine just sounds like a kid’s experiment in the kitchen.
