I like investigative reporting. Many food producers are trying to jump on the "healthy, green, good for you" bandwagon, and misrepresent their products as such. I like it when these folks are called on the carpet and their tactics are exposed. I don't like being played for a fool and I appreciate having the knowledge to avoid buying their products.

Hmmm. And here I thought it was just the opposite. We'll have to see if other readers chime in expressing the same voyeuristic interest, as opposed to seeking news.

As for top 10 meals, no can do. I have very few repeat meals. Maybe past and gravy, but I could NEVER replace that one!

Risotto takes so much time and attention to cook it obviously must have been a labor of love at your family gathering.

I'm not really interested in reading about food news here because I can and do read about food news elsewhere. I'm interested in "One woman's search for something good to eat". I like quests, like the search for the "Holy Grail". What is the one food that is really good to eat ? What is the journey to find it like? I want the trials and tribulations. I want a glorious feast at the end.

List your top ten meals and go on a quest to replace those top ten meals in a year, if you can.
