A chocolate covered M&M would be chocolate covered by a hard shell covered in chocolate. Did you know tha M&M's were a MIL SPEC candy in WW II. The US wanted to provide troops with chocolate that wouldn't melt in common battlefield condition. They didn't want chocolate to foul up any weapons. I am intrigued with chocolate covered M&M’s.
