I think I&#039;d heard that about M&amp;Ms and the military. But any kid knows that sooner or later they still melt in your hands, or pockets, or weapon, I suppose.</description>

		<description>I am intrigued with chocolate covered M&amp;M&#039;s. A chocolate covered M&amp;M would be chocolate covered by a hard shell covered in chocolate.  

Did you know tha M&amp;M&#039;s were a MIL SPEC candy in WW II. The US wanted to provide troops with chocolate that wouldn&#039;t melt in common battlefield condition.  They didn&#039;t want chocolate to foul up any weapons.</description>
