		<description>I think those  who misunderstand tofu have tasted it plain without realizing all the flavors it absorbs. Some may have a texture hurdle to overcome too.  I would suggest if someone saw a tofu dish on the menu they should look at the other ingredients in the dish.  If they like those ingredients they shouldn&#039;t be afraid to try the dish.</description>
