My gut says that it does. I believe that all the health and obesity issues we have in this country have cropped up since our food became so processed. It's just too desirable and accessible for us to eat within control, let alone the chemicals that have been added.

If science can fool the tastebuds and we get equal enjoyment with less fat and calories, I'm all for it. Is all the artifical junk putting us at risk ? That's the question...

Don't scientists have anything better to do than to mess with our natural, good foods? What's wrong with a little piece of full fat chocolate? Must we have hugh amounts of chunks of junk to feel satisfied? Who wants oadmeal to stay in your stomach for 5 or 6 hours putrefying? I don't need a ton of cementy oatmeal weighing me down for hours and hours. Sometimes it feels good to have a nice, light, empty stomach. People should learn to enjoy the sensation!
