    I see a bread theme in the last few posts. You’ve discussed cornbread, breaded calamari, had a picture of artisian bread ,and a quote on making bread. Are you seeking some comfort food or is it just a coincidence?

    Astute observation. I hadn’t realized this trend before now. I think we can blame it on February. It’s serious carb season. I’m truly a bear by nature. Like to eat berries all summer as I frolic in the sunshine, and carbs all winter as I sleep in my cave.
