		<description>You feast with your eyes before you taste, which leads me to a question.  How many cooking ingredients or techniques are used just for appearence?  Maybe someone  (ie you) should write the &quot;Good Looking Food&quot; cookbook which chooses ingredients and techniques for appearance as well as taste.  If  you must you can consider nutrition too. :)</description>
