Photo of the Week – 12/02/09 – Roasted Chestnuts
Roasting chestnuts on Thanksgiving was never a tradition in my family. However, it was a tradition in my sister-in-law’s family, and she brought it with her. Now I look forward to it every Thanksgiving too.

I haven’t seen a chestnut in years and its beeloger since I had a roasted chestnut.. Hope you enjoyed them.
I really like the flavor, but I can see where some might have a problem with the texture (like my husband does).
