Photo of the Week – A Good Bakery – 10/21/09
When time is short, there’s nothing like a good bakery. Last week was an especially busy week for me with Louisa’s birthday. One evening some friends were scheduled to drop by to celebrate with us. Since I had no time to bake, I stopped at a local farm market that has a good bakery on my way home. There were no complaints about the desserts served that night.

Why do you have to go to a bakery when time is short. Even if you are the best baker in your own kitchen I’ll bet there will always be something in a bakery you might want.
Well, you’re right. Except that I like to bake when I have the opportunity.
