Would You Eat This?
It seems a shame that we can’t take advantage of nature’s untamed bounty. After the interminable rainy month we’ve had this past June, our yard is filled with interesting looking fungi. I’m sure that some of them are perfectly safe to eat, but I’m not taking any chances.
